Invoices and payments will be taken directly by Caseline Storage Limited although the trading names of www.caselinetradecounter.co.uk may be used. In addition, other linking and ecommerce domains may be used for the transaction of Caseline Storage Limited. For special requirements i.e. customised cases, Caseline Storage Limited may re-direct enquiries to associated companies. Personal information will not be forwarded by Caseline Storage Limited to a the third party company unless agreed with the customer in advance. Where our website automatically redirects the customer, our liability of information is then void. Product Description Caseline Storage Limited endeavour to be accurate with all technical information relating to product description. Products shown within cases i.e. tools, accessories or equipment are not included within the sale unless specifically detailed within the product description. Caseline Storage Limited hold no liability to inaccurate description and reserve the right to amend information and pricing at any time without consent or giving notice. Shipping Caseline Storage limited offer reduced shipping charges wherever possible, howevere in certain circumstances, it may be applicable for a special quotation to be made i.e. deliveries off mainland UK. Where this occurs, Caseline Storage Limited will inform the customer of any additional charges prior to despatching the order. If the increase is not acceptable, the order maybe cancelled and the full amount credited to the customer. Shipping times are detailed in days and are approximate from the date of Caseline Storage Limited receiving cleared funds. Please note that Next Day and Economy Deliveries are based on a single mainland UK address only. Where goods are out of stock and cannot meet the required delivery schedule, the customer will be notified and a full refund offered. Caseline Storage Limited reserve the right to charge additional costs where incurred for non-deliveries/re-deliveries or where incurred by collections or incorrect information provided by the customer. When goods are received from the forwarder or carrier, they are signed for in good condition and are therefore accepted by the customer. If goods are found to be damaged due to carriage, however signed for as in good condition, this may affect your rights for guarantee. Back Orders If any of the items ordered are not in stock, we will place them on back order for you and email you with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. We require confirmation of any cancellation by email or fax by return. An alternative product may also be offered. Tax Charges VAT is applicable to the UK and EEC member states. For orders made from the UK and EEC the prevailing VAT, currently 20.0% VAT, will be charged. All other orders are free of VAT. Guarantee All products supplied have a full 12 month manufacturers guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. A full refund or exchange is guaranteed for customers returning goods received damaged. Any claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt. If you do not receive your order within 7 days please contact us, and we will trace the delivery and advise you on action to be taken. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Returning Goods If you receive your order and for any reason other than the goods being damaged, you do not wish to keep them, you can return them for a refund or exchange, as long as you do so within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of return carriage to us. We will only accept goods back in 'as new' condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All returns must be authorised, with a Caseline Storage Limited returns authorisation number and clearly marked 'returned goods' and received by us within 7 days. Do not return goods without authorisation and returns number. To receive a returns authorisation number, email your order number, contact details and reason for return to sales@caseline.co.uk and a number will be issued by return email. Recommendations & Complaints We endeavour to respond to recommendations and complaints within five working days.
